Position: Head of Systems and Infrastructure
Location: Maynooth, Co. Kildare / Hybrid
Role Type: Full time, 1 year Contract with the possibility of

Shine is recruiting for the position of Head of Systems and
Infrastructure.
Shine works tirelessly to shape better policies and services for all
those affected by mental ill health. Shine supports the rights of
individuals and groups to enhance their recovery, promoted access to
services, challenged negative attitudes and behaviours and delivered a
variety of programmes and services. Shine is particularly proud to be
the only national mental health organisation specifically founded to
support family members.

ABOUT THE ROLE
Shine is now seeking a Head of Systems and Infrastructure who will
play a pivotal role in their growing team of **Apply on the website**,
working to empower people with mental health difficulties and their
families through support, information, and education.
The successful candidate will have responsibility for Shine?s
internal systems and processes, managing risk, developing their
operational plan and embedding Shine?s values in their work. This
role is suited to someone who has worked at a senior level in
operations and who is comfortable with working within limited
resources of a charity to achieve results. The ideal candidate will be
an inspirational, highly organised and output-focused leader, who
shares Shine?s passion for their work and brings skills that can
make a positive difference to the organisation?s mission.
The Head of Systems and Infrastructure will shape Shine?s work in
line with its strategic goals and business plans whilst ensuring they
are delivered effectively and efficiently. To succeed in this role,
you will have demonstrable knowledge and experience of the platforms
on which Shine operates (including Microsoft **Apply on the website**,
SharePoint and Salesforce). You will be committed to shaping the
organisation?s work in line with strategic goals, monitoring and
evaluating performance, setting milestones and recommending best
practices for maximised output, in line with Shine?s strategic
objectives and mission. This role requires excellent analytical,
judgement and creative problem-solving skills, with a strong focus on
delivering quality outcomes for Shine?s service users.
